The Bothy and Outdoor Arena, Lindores Equestrian, Newburgh, KY14 6HU.
Beginning with an interactive workshop exploring self-awareness for riders, followed by an optional 45min – 1hr ridden session putting theory into practice.

Unmounted £25, with riding £55. Unmounted participants are welcome to stay and spectate.
Refreshments provided but please bring your own lunch.
