	Below is List of Qualified Instructors willing to teach Cross Country If you wish instruction please contact instructors directly and they will confirm their fee, qualifications and insurance. All the instructors below have BHS qualifications, valid insurance and up to date first-aid. Their  fees are from £20 per  hour.
