All parts of this disclaimer must be signed before you go on to the course and will be deemed to be in force for the current season.

have read the rules below and agree to be bound by and observe them and to absolve Richard R Black & Son and anyone else connected with the course for any injury that I might suffer whilst on, over or near Lindores Cross Country Course or whilst on any other riding activity at Braeside of Lindores. It is an express condition of everyone using the facilities that he/she agrees, and if under 18 years of age, their parent or accompanying adult also agree, that this is at their own risk and voluntarily accept the risk of injury or damage that is implicit in riding a horse/pony on, over or near a Cross Country Course.

RULES OF THE COURSE

All those wishing to use the Cross Country Course are advised to wear appropriate protective equipment - principally hard hats (no fixed peaks) to current British Standards, and body protectors.

Lindores Cross Country, and all those involved with it, do not accept liability for any accident, loss, damage or illness to horses, riders, spectators, dogs or vehicles in any way whilst using the facilities at Braeside of Lindores.

All riders must be accompanied either by another rider or someone on foot, and all damage to fences or accidents must be reported when you come off the course.

All dogs are only permitted if on a lead AT ALL TIMES. Please take all litter home and remove droppings from the parking area.

We are a working farm - children and dogs must be supervised at all times and kept away from any machinery, bales or stock.
